How to update the Google Nexus One to Android 2.2



androidAndroid 2.2 has flown out of Google’s Android studios and is heading to Google Nexus Ones across the world. Read on to find out how to update yours.

This update will only work on Google Nexus One handsets using the standard stock firmware, so if you have rooted your phone, you’re out of luck. The first thing to do is download the Android 2.2 firmware. Once this has been downloaded, change its file name to “update.zip”.
